Not suitable for old people and room very small
Room was clean and comfortable - fridge was a bit big but a wonderful resource during a warm spell - I always have to buy more milk (hotels never provide enough) and a fridge to keep it in is a wonderful idea.
Breakfast didn't start until 7.30 - a bit late for those of us staying on business and having to be in central London for 8:30. A bedside light would have been useful in the bedroom.
Very clean, modern rooms which were well-equipped
Very courteous, helpful and good-hearted staff.
Peaceful neighbourhood, not far from Hammersmith tube station.
We had a 3-bed room, and I was actually impressed that they had been able to stuff those 3 beds in such a small area.
good scrambled eggs at breakfast
narrow steep stairs, no lift, smal room
Conveinient location for the Hammersmoth Apollo. Very reasonable price. Obviously fairly recently fitted out so in good condition. Clean. Tasty scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Possibly it's not quite finished, no lampshades or bedside lamps. I would like to have seen matress covers under the sheets and the option to have an extra pillow.
Pleasant staff, nice clean room and bathroom. Ideal location for the concerts I was going to. Very enjoyable.
Good location, helpful staff, all is simple and clean, good enough breakfest.
Rooms and breakfast room could be little bit larger, and pillows could be more comfortable.
Worst hotel I have stayed in a 45-day travel. It is not worth the price. The hotel is far from everything, the room we got was not what we had booked (twin beds instead of a couple bed) and the "receptionist" (son of the owner) thinks that everything he does is a favor to you (even giving you the receipt of the charging to your card!)
Very pleasant staff, clean room. Ideal stay for Hammersmith Apollo, 10 minutes walk away.
Room really too small for double but we only paid £45 so couldn't complain.
Very convenient for the Hamersmith Apollo. Good for a one night stay but a bit far from the City and West End.
The combination of office and dinning room.
Exactly what we required, a clean, quiet room, helpful staff and good breakfast, would return.
the breakfast and the cleanliness-superb Loved the lady who cooked the eggs.
the heotel was excellent just a little bit too far out from west end. Rooms a little cramped.
It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
There were not enough dining tables to accommodate all the guests at one sitting. It was first come, first served, or sit on the sofa in the dining room while waiting, or keep popping back to see if a table was free.
